In Spring, flowers bloom and life begins to flow again. It is the perfect time to enjoy the mountains, go hiking, and take in some fresh air, with the morning breeze and the warmth of the afternoon. A wonderful experience is visiting the many botanical gardens along the western shore of the lake.

In Summer, as we all know, the lake is a very popular destination for people from all over the world. Our apartments are located in the hills, away from the summer crowds, while at the same time everything is just a 10-minute drive away. The swimming pool needs no description :)

In Autumn, it is time to get back to trekking and cycling. With the summer heat gone, it is a pleasure to enjoy the wonderful colours of nature. And why not? Since it is the season of grapes, mushrooms, and chestnuts, you can pick chestnuts in our private woodland and, in the evening, enjoy a lovely aperitif by the fire.

Winter is humid and rather chilly, but it can still create a magical atmosphere: a balcony, low clouds, a cosy duvet, and a rich, very rich hot chocolate. Silence and Peace. Those coming from the cities will surely understand that this may be exactly what they need. Quiet and Serenity.

Whichever apartment you choose — "Cuori", "Quadri", or "Fiori" — you can enjoy a refreshing swimming pool and spectacular views of the lake. Immerse yourself in nature with a 20-minute walk through the woods to the lakeside promenade, or reach shops, supermarkets, and the ferry port in just 5 minutes by car.
